Blog update

We are at the stage where everything is in place to shoot. We have done storyboards, blog posts on what we want to do. This week we have achieved some nice test footage. The test footage was of water in ink. The whole group was very pleased of how this technique looked on camera, with its slow powerful color oozing through the water. In final production we hope to slow the effect down by a further 50% and then rewind the footage backwards. This will make an even better effect with the viewers guessing what that actually is, because of it being played backwards.

    We did come over a problem this week. We were meant to shoot are 'star' 'T'' A boy willing to play the rapper role at college. But due to him breaking his leg on Wednesday, he has been unable to act. This has but shooting back a week to Monday 15th commencing  We hope to film all of our footage within this week.




We hope to overcome this problem by getting another boy who fits are stereotypical rappers role too. This would be by getting someone of African origin. Wearing cool clothes. And generally being into rap music himself.

Our plans for the next week have been mentioned above. And then we hope to get on and edit the footage. In order to make the 1st rough cut deadline, which is essential.
